The Steaks

USDA Prime, dry-aged 28 days and hand-cut each morning, then finished over an oak-fired grill. Ribeye, filet, New York strip, and a porterhouse built for two.

Every steakhouse has a story. Ours is a simple one: a family, a grill, and a standard we don't bend.

The Beef

Prime, dry-aged, hand-cut

We buy whole primals from ranches in the Central Valley and age them in our own locker for 28 days. Every steak is cut by hand the morning it's served, never before.

The Fire

Oak and a very hot broiler

An oak-fired grill for flavor and a broiler that runs at 1,200 degrees for the crust. The outside you can hear. The inside cooked exactly to order, every time.

Family-style and generous

Creamed spinach, twice-baked potatoes, mac and cheese with aged cheddar, roasted mushrooms, and a wedge salad that has never once been small.

The Cellar

Two hundred labels, chosen for steak

Heavy on Paso Robles and Napa Cabernet, with a reserve list for the nights that call for it. Half-bottles and wines by the glass change with the season.

The Bar

Arrive early. The bar is half the evening.

Old fashioneds over a single large cube, martinis as cold as they come, and a bartender who will remember your drink the second time you order it. Walk-ins are always welcome at the bar.

Private Dining & Events

The private room is yours for the night.

Rehearsal dinners, company parties, milestone birthdays. The private dining room seats up to 40 with a dedicated server and a set menu built with you. Full-room buyouts are available for larger groups.
