Embrey Works

Prices

Ads create demand. Systems capture it and turn it into revenue.
One flat price for the build, one flat monthly fee to keep it running, one flat fee to manage the ads that feed it. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices.

The Systems Build — One Time

$1,000

One custom system — automation, CRM, follow-up, booking, tracking — designed around the thing costing you the most. $1,000 flat, paid in full at signing — no deposits, no split payments.

$1,000 covers one system, scoped together before work begins — you'll know exactly what's being built and why before you pay. Bigger projects — multiple systems, complex integrations — are scoped the same way: flat-priced, in writing, and approved before any work starts. No surprise charges.

Systems Management — Monthly

$197–$697/month

The plan that keeps every mechanism running: monitored, maintained, and improved every month — not just hosted.

Your exact rate depends on what your system takes to run each month — messaging volume, the integrations being maintained, the campaigns being managed, AI usage. It's quoted flat with your build and approved before you're ever billed. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Ads Management is its own plan, below.

Straight Terms

How working together actually works. No surprises.

And with every build: if something I built breaks, I fix it free — no time limit.

Questions, answered

What happens on the free strategy call?

Thirty minutes on Zoom or the phone. We walk through how your business gets customers today and where it leaks — missed calls, slow follow-up, no-shows, admin work eating your week — and I tell you exactly what I'd build to fix the biggest one. You get a straight price before we hang up. If it's not a fit, that's fine: you'll still walk away knowing more about where your business stands.

What kind of system can you build?

Anything with a clear job: answering and qualifying leads the moment they come in, texting back missed calls, follow-up sequences that chase your estimates for you, self-serve booking with reminders, review and referral engines, waking up your old customer list, intake paperwork that fills itself out, and tracking that ties every job back to where it came from. If it saves you real time or makes you real money, it's a candidate. If it doesn't, I'll tell you.

How do you decide what my business needs?

By finding the most expensive problem first. On the call we walk through how a customer reaches you, what happens in the first five minutes, and where jobs quietly die. The build gets scoped around the biggest leak — not a menu of features.

Is a new website included?

When the project needs one, yes — at no extra cost. A system is only as good as the place it sends people, so if your current site is holding it back, I refresh it or build a new one as part of the same $1,000. The website is a component of the build, not a separate bill.

What if I want to keep my current website?

Keep it. If your site is doing its job, everything plugs into it — forms, booking, tracking, and follow-up all connect to what you already have.

What happens during the 2–3 week build?

It starts with discovery: mapping how leads reach you and designing the workflow before anything gets built. Then construction — workflows, integrations, automations, and the website work if your project includes it. Everything gets tested with real calls, texts, and form fills before launch. If your build isn't live in 2–3 weeks, your $1,000 is refunded.

What does the monthly retainer cover?

Keeping everything alive and improving: hosting and updates, automations monitored and fixed, your texts and emails kept deliverable and compliant, campaigns kept running, and a plain-English monthly report on your calls, leads, and numbers. The exact rate — $197 to $697 — depends on what yours takes to run: messaging volume, integrations to maintain, campaigns to manage, AI usage. It's quoted flat with your build, and it's month-to-month.

What do I need to have ready?

Not much. Your logo if you have one, photos if you've got them, and a little of your time to answer questions about how the business works. I write the copy, source the imagery, and handle every technical detail from there.

Can't I just sign up for software that does this?

You can — the tools exist, and some are good. What you're buying here isn't a login; it's the system built, connected, and running: workflows designed around how your business actually operates, wired to your phone, calendar, and website, tested, and watched every month by one person you can call. Software is a tool. This is the tool already doing the job.

Can I hire you only for ads?

Yes. If your website and follow-up are already doing their jobs, I'll tell you so and run ads straight to what you have: standard management rates, from $500/month, starting month one.

Who owns the website, accounts, workflows, and data?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name, your website is yours, and your ad accounts — with all their history — belong to you. The workflows are built for your business, and everything they hold moves with you: if we ever part ways, your contacts, conversations, and records are exported and handed over. Flat fees only work when nobody's being held hostage.

Who pays for the ad budget?

You do, directly to Google or Meta, from your own account. It never passes through me and I never take a percentage of it. My management fee is flat for your scope, from $500 a month and quoted exactly on the call, completely separate from your budget.

Why do ads require a 90-day commitment?

Because campaigns learn. The first weeks are the platform figuring out who clicks, who calls, and what a lead costs; cutting it off early throws that data away and tells you nothing. Ninety days is the honest minimum to refine a campaign and put real numbers in front of you. Before anything launches, you state your monthly ad budget — I recommend at least $1,500 a month — so the plan is built around what you're actually willing to invest.

Can you guarantee revenue or leads?

No, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. What I guarantee is the work and the transparency: your build live in 2–3 weeks or your money back, tracking on every call and form, a flat fee with no markup on spend, and a monthly report that shows exactly what your money did. Every decision gets made from your numbers, not my gut.
