Questions, answered

What happens on the free strategy call?

Thirty minutes on Zoom or the phone. We talk through your business, what your website should be doing for you, and exactly what I'd build. You get a straight price before we hang up. If it's not a fit, that's fine: you'll still walk away knowing more about where your business stands online.

What do I need to have ready?

Not much. Your logo if you have one, photos if you've got them, and a little of your time to answer questions about how the business works. I write the copy, source the imagery, and handle every technical detail from there.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Yes. Sometimes it's a refresh, more often it's a rebuild that keeps what's already working. I'll look at your current site before we talk and tell you honestly which one you actually need. And if your site is already doing its job, I can run ads straight to it: standard management rates, from $500/month, starting month one. The free first month is for clients launching with a new build.

Can't I just use Wix or Squarespace?

You can, and for some businesses that's plenty. What I build is different: a site designed around how your business actually gets customers, with real local SEO, call and form tracking, and one person who answers when something needs changing. The builders give you a page. This gives you a salesperson.

What happens after launch?

Your site is yours and it keeps running. If anything I built ever breaks, I fix it free, no time limit. Most clients add the monthly plan so hosting, updates, and reporting stay off their plate, but it's never required.

Who pays for the ad budget?

You do, directly to Google or Meta, from your own account. It never passes through me and I never take a percentage of it. My management fee is flat for your scope, from $500 a month and quoted exactly on the call, completely separate from your budget. That's also why the first-month-free bundle waives the fee and not the spend: free management is mine to give, ad budget is the platform's to charge.

Why do ads require a 90-day commitment?

Because campaigns learn. The first weeks are the platform figuring out who clicks, who calls, and what a lead costs; cutting it off early throws that data away and tells you nothing. Ninety days is the honest minimum to refine a campaign and put real numbers in front of you. Before anything launches, you state your monthly ad budget — I recommend at least $1,500 a month — so the plan is built around what you're actually willing to invest.

Can you guarantee leads or results?

No, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. What I guarantee is the work and the transparency: campaigns built around your services and your service area, tracking on every call and form, a flat fee with no markup on spend, and a monthly report that shows exactly what your money did. Every decision gets made from your numbers, not my gut.
